Privacy policy

What we collect

When you send an enquiry: your name, your email address or WhatsApp number, your country, the type of care you are interested in, your preferred city and timing, and anything you write in the message box. Please do not include diagnoses, test results or medical records in the message.

We store a one-way keyed hash of your IP address with the enquiry to limit repeated submissions. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts on our enquiry pages.

Optional website analytics

Public information pages use Google Analytics 4 and 51LA to measure visits. For visitors detected in the US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, analytics starts by default with a notice and an option to turn it off. For other or unknown locations, it starts only after you accept. A previous refusal and supported browser privacy opt-out signals are respected. These providers may process your IP address, page address, referring page, browser and device information, and may use cookies or local storage. We do not enable advertising features, session recording or automatic form interaction tracking. The SDK is not loaded on enquiry, search or confirmation pages, and form contents are not sent to these analytics providers.

How it is protected

Your name, contact details and message are encrypted before database storage. Your country, selected care category, city, timing and consent record are also stored. Please do not send medical records through the form.

Sharing

We do not share your enquiry with any hospital or partner unless you agree to it for that specific hospital or partner. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

The system records a 12-month retention date for enquiries. Automatic deletion is not currently implemented; you may request deletion at any time. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected].
